Shipping Policy

Thank you so much for supporting my small business! Please read the following shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days, Wednesday through Friday, using our Flat Rate Shipping service. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Carrier & Tracking

All orders are shipped via USPS. Once your package is dropped off with USPS, it is officially out of my control.

Tracking information will be provided when available. However, USPS does not always scan packages immediately, and it is common for packages to move through multiple locations before the first scan appears. This does not mean your package is lost.

Once the package has been handed over to USPS, I cannot guarantee scan times, delivery speed, or carrier handling, as these are determined solely by USPS.

Responsibility After Shipment

After your order has been dropped off with USPS:

  • I am no longer responsible for delays, missed scans, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.

  • Any delivery concerns should be directed to USPS using your tracking number.
