  • No Returns on Clothing
  • If an item is damaged, please email me a picture of the damages and we sill resolve the issue

  • Please note ALL non-hat items take up to 14 business days to ship 
  • ALL HATS THAT ARE A CUSTOM TAKE 4-6 MONTHS TO MAKE BEFORE SHIPPING. Please understand that this is stated before i take your deposit. 

  • Ready to ship hats take 7-14 days to ship out.


All of our non-hat packages with USPS have insurance of $50. If you’d like more, please email us @ or text for fast service 7209371411. 
This will require an additional charge. 

Not All hats are FULLY insured. YOU NEED TO CHOOSE FULLY INSURED SHIPPING. If you experience any damage due to shipping, it is insured. You will need to contact me, and i will work with you on filling a claim. Please contact me at (720) 937-1411 with your order # and pictures of all damage including box it was shipped in. And screenshot of your payment. I NEED this to file a claim. Do not throw away shipping box. You will be refunded once i get the money back from USPS. 

Please note, once package leaves my possession i no longer have control over it. Any delayed shipping, or lost packages needs to be addressed to USPS. (This is rare, but does happen)

No refunds for lost/damaged packages will be issued on my end. Refunds come from USPS. Please read above statement.
